Through long-held, passive postures — typically held for 1 to 5 minutes — this deeply meditative practice gently targets the connective tissues, ligaments, joints, and fascia, supporting healthy circulation, joint mobility, and inner calm.

This class invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and explore what it means to truly surrender. With each pose, you’ll cultivate presence, release tension, and nourish your body from the inside out.
