POP-UP CLASS! FASCIAL CONNECTIONS: Self-Treatment for Hips, Pelvis, & Lower-Body

You are invited to join Nikki Wright, LMT for this unique pop-up class that will introduce participants to the human fascial system and how it’s connected to body pain. You will learn how fascia is arranged in the body, how it connects everything together, the role it plays in bodily pain and dysfunction, and more! We will focus on the hips, pelvis, and lower body, so if you have been experiencing low back, hip, knee, even foot pain, then this class is for you!

Come learn simple, yet effective myofascial self-treatment techniques, using a variety of tools, that can easily be implemented into your daily life.

The main focus of the class will be addressing common problematic areas in the lower body to help relieve pain and tension. We will use blankets, bolsters, therapy balls, and a variety of other props, however, you may wish to bring your own yoga mat and a pillow from home (highly recommended) to use as well. A 4” inflatable therapy ball will be used during class and will be available for purchase so you can take what you learned and implement it into your daily self-care practice.
