Together, we’ll move through guided journaling to illuminate what is ready to be released or nurtured, meditation to ground and center your being, breathwork to create spaciousness within, and a soothing sound bath to bring harmony to the heart’s natural rhythm.
This sacred gathering offers a supportive container to pause, feel, and realign - opening to gratitude, clarity, and peace as we rest in stillness and reconnect with ourselves.
