Join us in the garden for a gentle practice that focuses on the natural world and recharges us from the ground up! This practice will remind us of our essence as creatures of the Earth, and help us to restore our equanimity.
Bring a mat you don’t mind getting dirty, or a towel to place under your regular mat. You are welcome to supplement with other props, but the class will accommodate a prop-less practice. You may place your mat on flat stone or on the grass. Water, a hat, and sunscreen may aid your comfort.
We will meet in the Healing Garden at the east end of Simpson Garden Park. You may leave your car in the lot at 1037 Conneaut and enter the park from there, at the “Fitness Trail” sign.
