What to bring and what's provided:
Please bring your own mat and anything else that would make you feel comfortable. We recommend wearing layers as your body temperature drops during relaxation. Bolsters, blankets and other props will be available to borrow.
Limited anti-gravity chairs are also available if you are unable to get to the floor.
Please email us if you would like to reserve a chair, or if there is someone attending with you that you would like to be placed next to.

**Please arrive 10-15 minutes early so you can get settled in and the sound bath can begin on time. No late entry will be permitted.
