Let’s mark the longest night of the year with a cozy, candlelit yoga practice! 

Recognizing our need for hibernation as well as our pull toward light, we will observe this earthly phenomenon with an introspective, spiritual practice. The night is the domain of the moon and its rhythms, and the full moon is not long after this solstice, so we will incorporate a gentle moon salutation into our celebration. The solstice also marks the end of darkening days and the rebirth of the sun, so we will set intentions to release what’s not serving us and embrace new beginnings. 

Join us for a gentle, all-levels practice to bring us from darkness into light!
