Restorative yoga is a practice of maintaining relaxed postures, fully supported with props, for several minutes at a time. It is an opportunity to go deeper into the practice of letting go, by pampering one’s body and setting calming intentions in the mind. You can heal old wounds, decrease your pain, improve your digestion, deepen your sleep, and find your inner wisdom through this practice.
In addition to soothing sounds and guided imagery, Chelsea will provide reiki (healing energy) to each participant, and essential oils will be diffused.
Over the weeks we will rotate through seven different focusses: grounding, flow, zeal, love, truth, wisdom, and connection. Join us for a calming, healing, restorative practice!
