Slow Flow + Yin Yoga

75 minutes

This class will begin with a flowing practice with an emphasis on strength and
balance. The second half of the class will focus on Yin Yoga: slow, low, long held postures
based on Taoist principles and traditional Chinese medicine. The practice is aimed at opening
energetic pathways and creating deep fascial stretching. It is expected you will leave class
feeling grounded and relaxed.
